All the Package Charges mentioned on the website are applicable for Minimum 100 pax. All the given rates are exclusive of GST. Below 100 pax Charges are variable.
Minimum number of pax for outdoor Catering is 50 Pax and Take away is 15 Pax.
Transportation & Handling charges will depend on the type and distance of the Event from our kitchen.
Catering timing will be only two and half hours.
Prices Include Standard Buffet set up along with Crockery & Cutlery.
We provide 20 Ltrs filtered water (preferably Bisleri / Oxyrich) along with disposable glasses. 200 ml mineral water bottles can be served basis host’s requirement at an additional charge of ₹10 per bottle.
Live breads and other Hot Items onsite can be arranged at an additional charge.
Clients are requested to arrange round tables & chairs for dining as per their requirement.
20% of the estimate to be paid in advance to book the slot, 50% three days prior to the event & remaining 20% on the day of the event.
In case of cancelation of order, 50% amount of the given amount will be deducted.
All the cheques should be drawn in favor of “Feasts & Flavors Catering LLP”.
Minimum Number of Plates should be guaranteed.
The food is prepared on order specifically for the number of plates confirmed by the client. No rebate or refund will be given if less number of guest attend the event.
For Gross bill amount minimum guaranteed Plates or number of plates used, which ever is higher is taken into account.
We do not guarantee the availability of food if the guests are more than estimated.
Post cleaning services will not be provided by us.
During Service time, if any damages will happen then our team will be not responsible for the same.
Incase of any dispute matter will be settled under Pune Jurisdiction.
